7. Your Content License: You retain ownership of anything you upload (“User Content”). By submitting it, you grant Streambolt.tv and other users a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display that content in connection with the Services.

8. Prohibited Content: Content featuring minors in exploitative contexts or infringing on others’ rights is strictly forbidden. We may remove such content at our discretion.

14. Limitation of Liability: OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $100 USD OR ANY AMOUNTS DUE UNDER SECTION 6, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

15. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Streambolt.tv against claims arising from your use of the Services or your User Content.

16. Dispute Resolution: First, contact us at [email protected]. If unresolved, disputes will be decided by binding arbitration under a neutral arbitration provider’s rules. Class actions are not permitted.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws chosen by Streambolt.tv, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Claims must be filed within one year or be barred.
